Photography Reflectors, 5-in-1 Discs & Studio Flags

Sometimes the solution isn't adding more light, but controlling what's already there. Reflectors and Flags are the fundamental tools for "shaping" sunlight or flash, filling in shadows, or creating contrast.

From the classic collapsible disc that fits in your backpack to large frame panels for the studio: here you will find everything needed to manage contrast like a cinematographer.

The 5-in-1 Reflector: The Essential Tool

The "Swiss Army Knife" of photography. A single collapsible frame with 5 different surfaces:

  • Silver: Reflects crisp, specular light. Ideal for filling shadows under the chin or adding catchlights from a distance.
  • White: Bounces soft, neutral light, perfect for imperceptible fill in portraits.
  • Gold: Warms up the color temperature, simulating a sunset effect (Golden Hour).
  • Black (Flag/Negative Fill): Does not reflect, but absorbs. Used to subtract light ("Negative Fill") to add dimensionality and drama to the face.
  • Translucent (Diffuser): Used between the sun and the subject to transform harsh midday light into soft open shade.

Flags, V-Flats & Scrim Frames

For advanced studio control. Black Flags (Cutters) are rigid or frame-mounted fabrics used to "cut" light, preventing it from hitting the background or the lens (avoiding flare). Larger panels (Scrims) are used to diffuse light over full-body shots or cars.

Holders & Arms

Don't have an assistant? Remember to add a Reflector Holder Arm to your cart to mount the panel on a stand and position it with millimeter precision.
