These Terms of Use (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the access to and use of the website daponte.biz (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by D'Aponte S.a.s., with registered office at Via Casarea 15/19, 80013 Casalnuovo di Napoli (NA), VAT ID 05941211210. They are separate from the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which regulate purchase contracts. Accessing and browsing the Website implies full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Subject Matter
The Terms govern the simple consultation of the Website, the eventual registration of an account, and the use of the available features. For the regulation of purchases, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and, for data processing, to the Privacy Policy.
2. Website Access and Availability
D'Aponte S.a.s. strives to ensure the continuity of the service, but does not guarantee that the Website will always be available and free of errors or interruptions. The Website may be suspended, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events, without any liability on the part of the Controller.

The user agrees to provide true, complete, and updated data and to safeguard their credentials with due diligence, remaining responsible for any activity carried out through their account. Transferring the account to third parties is prohibited. The user may request the closure of their account at any time by writing to info@daponte.biz.

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
