1. Data Controller and Purposes
The Data Controller is D'Aponte S.a.s. (email: info@daponte.biz). The data (usually an email address and possibly a name) are processed for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter with updates, content, offers, and promotions regarding the Controller's products and services.
2. Legal Basis
The processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given freely and specifically at the time of subscription. For existing customers, sending communications about products similar to those already purchased may be based on Art. 130 paragraph 4 of the Italian Privacy Code ("soft spam"), with the possibility of objecting to every single dispatch.
3. Retention Period
The data are stored until consent is revoked (unsubscription) and, in any case, reviewed periodically to verify the ongoing necessity of retention.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawal, via the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email or by writing to info@daponte.biz.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@daponte.biz, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
