The newly improved modeling lamps on both flash heads offer up to 1,400 lux at 1 meter, with adjustable brightness and color temperature. In Pro mode, the lamp brightness mirrors the flash output, while the H200J II and H200 II offer 5.5 to 6 hours of continuous use.
